Is Organizer Buddy a dispatch or scheduling tool?
No. It doesn't do GPS dispatch, routing or calendar scheduling. It's a project board for tracking each job, handing work between crews and finishing punch lists.
Can my crew use it on their phones?
Yes. Organizer Buddy runs in the browser, and the board works on phones and tablets.
Can customers see the status of their job?
On Pro, you can invite a customer as a read-only guest to their project so they can see what's done and what's next.
Can I attach job photos?
On Pro, you can attach files up to 50 MB each, including photos, permits and plans, with 10 GB of storage included.
