Sound familiar?
Why ops teams outgrow spreadsheets and chat threads
Recurring tasks slip
Renewals, reports and reviews live in someone's calendar, until that someone is on vacation.
Requests get lost
Asks arrive by email, chat and hallway conversation, and some never get done.
Onboarding varies by who runs it
Every new hire gets a slightly different first week.

Questions
Ops teams FAQ
Can Organizer Buddy handle recurring tasks?
Yes. Set a card to repeat, such as every Monday or every quarter, and a new card is created on schedule.
Can I reuse an onboarding checklist for every new hire?
Yes. Add the checklist to a card and copy it for each hire. On Pro, project templates let you reuse a whole onboarding board.
Can we keep HR boards private?
On Pro you can make projects private, so only the people you choose can see them. Avoid storing sensitive data like government ID numbers in cards.
Does it replace an HR system?
No. Organizer Buddy is where the work gets tracked and handed off. Keep employee records and payroll in your HR and payroll tools.
