Can I use Organizer Buddy on my own?
Absolutely. Plenty of people use it solo to keep projects and tasks organized. You get the full Free plan, and you can invite teammates or clients later without moving anything.
Does it handle invoicing or time tracking?
No. Organizer Buddy is a project board. Many freelancers add recurring cards as reminders to send invoices, and keep billing in their accounting software.
Can my clients see their project?
On Pro, you can invite a client as a read-only guest to their specific project. They see progress, not your other clients.
Is it really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and covers up to 5 people and 3 projects. Upgrade to Pro when you need more projects or client access.
