You can run your content calendar as a board: each post is a card with a due date, owner and status, and saved views show what's due. There isn't a separate calendar view today.
Can we share progress with stakeholders or clients?
On Pro you can invite guests to a specific project with read-only access, so they can follow progress without being able to change anything.
How big a team can use it for free?
The Free plan covers up to 5 people and 3 projects with the full board, baton handoffs, recurring tasks and saved views. Pro removes those limits.
Can we attach creative files?
Yes, on Pro. Attach files up to 50 MB each right on the card, with 10 GB of storage included.
